Martin grew up just outside of London, England, where he played and coached semi-professional soccer. While in England he also taught a variety of college level subjects and served as a Government Educational Consultant at London University’s Institute of Education, where he was responsible for helping teachers to become more effective and innovative in their approach to teaching and learning.
Martin holds a B.A. (with Honors) degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury; an M.S. in Movement Science from St.Mary’s College, London University; a Fellowship in Learning & Awareness from the Institute of Education, London University; and a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Science (Applied Psychology).
Since he came to the U.S., Martin has served as Head Teacher of an Alternative School; taught a wide range of students ranging from high school to masters’ level in a wide variety of subjects including Leadership & Management, Business & Economics, Public Speaking, Psychology, Philosophy and The Art & Science of Learning; and coached high school and college teams to success including state, regional and national championships.
For the past 12 years Martin has been helping people to discover their purpose and potential; and to improve effectiveness, performance and balance in their personal and professional lives.
